PR1/MATHIASEN MOTORSPORTS #11 LMP2 MOTIVATED FOR A WIN AT THE MOBIL 1 TWELVE HOURS OF SEBRING PRESENTED BY ADVANCE AUTO

Sebring, Florida.- PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports #11 Fear the TAFS/ End ALZ/ Chem Direct entry is set to make its debut at the mythical Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Presented by Advance Auto Parts on March 19, with drivers Steven Thomas, Jonathan Bomarito and Josh Pierson.

“The Twelve Hours of Sebring is such an amazing race,” said Jonathan Bomarito. “It truly is a track that tests both man and machine for twelve grueling hours. It’s going to be such an exciting race and I’m really thrilled to be back with PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports along with Steven and Josh!”, Bomarito finalized.

“I’m really looking forward to getting started at Sebring.” adds Josh Pierson. “Coming off Daytona, I think we learned what needed to be worked on and we are ready to take on Sebring. Jonathan and Steven are ready and so am I. I can’t wait to get back in the car! “, Pierson concluded.

“We like Sebring and want to be strong here. We are going to lean on Bobby’s and Jonathan’s experience and hope to drive our car to the front. “, said Steven Thomas.

“We are all very excited to get back at the track and especially to Sebring as it’s been a great place for our team over the years.” adds Bobby Oergel, team principal. “The crew has done a great job getting things turned around from Daytona over the last month and I know our drivers have been working hard to prepare for this as well. With Steven and Josh all doing the WEC 1000 Miles of Sebring and the IMSA Twelve Hours of Sebring races within 24 hours of each other it’s going to be exciting to see them pushing their abilities to the limits around this place!” Oergel finalizes.

WeatherTech Championship action at Sebring International Raceway begins Thursday, March 17 with three practice sessions for the five classes.
